Any question or complaint will be dealt with promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction and confidence.

Producers adopt environmentally-friendly farming practices and work to minimize their carbon footprint.

Food Safety

Producers ensure that all products delivered comply with current food safety standards, and that storage and delivery processes maintain product freshness and safety until they reach the customer.

Social Commitment

Producers guarantee fair working conditions and contribute to the economic development of local rural communities.

Refund conditions

In the event of a problem with the products delivered, the producers undertake to :

  • Replace the defective or faulty product at no extra cost to the customer.
  • Offer a full refund for any product that does not conform to the order or quality standards.
  • Customers must report any problems within 24 hours of receiving the products, providing evidence (photos, detailed description) of the problem encountered.
  • The reimbursement will be made by the producer within 7 working days after validation of the claim.

For any questions, suggestions or complaints, customers can contact producers via the Farmers-Good platform.
Producers must respond quickly and efficiently to resolve customer concerns.

Addendum

Addendum for International Data Transfer of Farmgood

This addendum describes the terms and conditions applied by Farm-good for international transfers of personal data, in accordance with UK data protection regulations.

Scope and application

This addendum applies to transfers of personal data from the UK to other countries.
It complements existing data processing agreements to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK laws.

Guarantees and Protective Measures

Farm-good implements appropriate safeguards to protect transferred data, including:

This notice describes the terms and conditions under which Farm-good collects, uses, discloses and processes the personal data (“Partner Data”) of individuals or companies who apply for or are eligible to apply for a position with Farm-good (“Partners”).

Scope and application

This notice governs the processing of Partner Data by Farm-good anywhere in the world as part of a partnership on the Farm-good platform.

Partenaire

Farm-good collects the following Partner Data directly from Partners:

  • name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number or other contact details,
  • certificates, transcripts and other evidence of professional experience or training, including in video/audio format,
  • desired service(s), geographical mobility and other service-related preferences,
  • circumstances in which the Applicant became aware of the existence of the site,
  • previous partners, start or end dates if discontinued, type of service
  • names and contact details of people who have made a recommendation, where applicable,
  • name and contact details of persons to be contacted for references (it is your sole responsibility to obtain their consent before disclosing their personal data),
  • any other personal data provided during the application or interview process with Farm-good, including information on the evaluation of your skills, training or professional experience.

Farm-good may also receive this type of data from other sources:

  • data relating to background checks, which may include an extract from a criminal record, where authorized by law,
  • information from public sources, social networks and former employers and/or training organizations,
  • contact information for the applicant’s references.

In addition, where permitted by law, we may also deduce some of this information for former Partners in order to improve our partnership conditions.
This information is only collected on a voluntary basis and, where required by law, subject to your express authorization.
If you refuse to provide this information, it will not affect your application.
If you choose to provide this information, you consent to its use as part of an equal opportunities monitoring process.
This information will be collected and stored anonymously, and will not be taken into account in the evaluation of your application.
