brings together private individuals and producers.\nThis charter describes the responsibilities of producers towards customers using the platform. <\/p><p><strong>Commitment to Quality<\/strong><\/p><p>Producers are committed to offering the highest quality, fresh, organic and sustainably grown agricultural products, in compliance with rigorous cultivation and production standards.<\/p><p><strong>Transparency and traceability<\/strong><\/p><p>Producers provide detailed information on their farming practices and the origin of their products, ensuring complete traceability for customers.<\/p><p><strong>Exemplary customer service<\/strong><\/p><p>The producers are committed to providing responsive and attentive customer service.\nAny question or complaint will be dealt with promptly to guarantee customer satisfaction and confidence. <\/p><p><strong>Respect for the environment<\/strong><\/p><p>Producers adopt environmentally-friendly farming practices and work to minimize their carbon footprint.<\/p><p><strong>Food Safety<\/strong><\/p><p>Producers ensure that all products delivered comply with current food safety standards, and that storage and delivery processes maintain product freshness and safety until they reach the customer.<\/p><p><strong>Social Commitment<\/strong><\/p><p>Producers guarantee fair working conditions and contribute to the economic development of local rural communities.<\/p><p><strong>Refund conditions<\/strong><\/p><p>In the event of a problem with the products delivered, the producers undertake to :<\/p><ul><li>Replace the defective or faulty product at no extra cost to the customer.<\/li><li>Offer a full refund for any product that does not conform to the order or quality standards.<\/li><li>Customers must report any problems within 24 hours of receiving the products, providing evidence (photos, detailed description) of the problem encountered.<\/li><li>The reimbursement will be made by the producer within 7 working days after validation of the claim.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Contacts and Feedback<\/strong><\/p><p>For any questions, suggestions or complaints, customers can contact producers via the Farmers-Good platform.\nProducers must respond quickly and efficiently to resolve customer concerns. <\/p><p> <\/p><p> <\/p><p><u><strong>Addendum<\/strong><\/u><\/p><p><strong>Addendum for International Data Transfer of <\/strong><strong>Farm<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><strong>g<\/strong><strong>ood<\/strong><\/p><p>This addendum describes the terms and conditions applied by Farm-good for international transfers of personal data, in accordance with UK data protection regulations.<\/p><p><strong>Scope and application<\/strong><\/p><p>This addendum applies to transfers of personal data from the UK to other countries.\nIt complements existing data processing agreements to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK laws. <\/p><p><strong>Guarantees and Protective Measures<\/strong><\/p><p>Farm-good implements appropriate safeguards to protect transferred data, including:<\/p><ul><li>Standard contractual clauses approved by regulators<\/li><li>Technical and <\/strong><strong>Farm<\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><strong>g<\/strong><strong>ood for Applicants<\/strong><\/p><p>This notice describes the terms and conditions under which Farm-good collects, uses, discloses and processes the personal data (&#8220;Partner Data&#8221;) of individuals or companies who apply for or are eligible to apply for a position with Farm-good (&#8220;Partners&#8221;).<\/p><p><strong>Scope and application<\/strong><\/p><p>This notice governs the processing of Partner Data by Farm-good anywhere in the world as part of a partnership on the Farm-good platform.<\/p><p><strong>P<\/strong><strong>artenaire<\/strong><\/p><p>Farm-good collects the following Partner Data directly from Partners:<\/p><ul><li>name, postal address, e-mail address,
