Commitment to Quality<\/strong><\/p>

Producers undertake to offer agricultural products of the highest quality that are fresh, organic and sustainably grown, in compliance with rigorous cultivation and production standards.<\/p>

Transparency and Traceability<\/strong><\/p>

Producers provide detailed information about their farming practices and the origin of their products, ensuring full traceability for customers.<\/p>

Exemplary Customer Service<\/strong><\/p>

Producers undertake to provide responsive and attentive customer service. All questions and complaints will be handled diligently to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.<\/p>

Respect for the Environment<\/strong><\/p>

Producers adopt environmentally friendly farming practices and work to minimise their carbon footprint.<\/p>

Food Safety<\/strong><\/p>

Producers ensure that all products delivered comply with the applicable food safety standards, and that storage and delivery processes preserve the freshness and safety of the products until they reach the customer.<\/p>

Social Commitment<\/strong><\/p>

Producers guarantee fair working conditions and contribute to the economic development of local rural communities.<\/p>

Refund Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of a problem with the products delivered, producers undertake to:<\/p>

• Replace any product that is defective or delivered in poor condition at no additional cost to the customer.<\/li>
• Offer a full refund for any product that does not conform to the order or to quality standards.<\/li>
• Customers must report any problem within 24 hours of receiving the products, providing evidence (photos, detailed description) of the problem encountered.<\/li>
• The refund will be made by the producer within 7 working days of the claim being approved.<\/li><\/ul>

  For any questions, suggestions or complaints, customers can contact producers via the Farm-good platform. Producers must respond promptly and effectively to resolve customers’ concerns.<\/p>

  The <\/strong>Farm-good International Data Transfer Addendum<\/strong><\/p>

  This addendum describes the terms applied by Farm-good to international transfers of personal data, in accordance with United Kingdom data protection regulations.<\/p>

  Scope and Application<\/strong><\/p>

  This addendum applies to transfers of personal data from the United Kingdom to other countries. It supplements existing data processing agreements to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK law.<\/p>

  Safeguards and Protective Measures<\/strong><\/p>

  Farm-good implements appropriate safeguards to protect transferred data, including:<\/p>

    The <\/strong>Farm-good Privacy Notice for Applicants<\/strong><\/p>

    This notice describes the terms applied by Farm-good to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of the personal data (the “Partner Data”) of individuals or companies who apply for, or are eligible for, a position with Farm-good (the “Partners”).<\/p>

    Scope and Application<\/strong><\/p>

    This notice governs Farm-good’s processing of Partner Data worldwide in connection with a partnership on the Farm-good platform.<\/p>

    Collection of P<\/strong>artner Data<\/strong><\/p>

    Farm-good collects the following Partner Data directly from Partners:<\/p>

    • name, postal address, email address, phone number or other contact details;<\/li>
    • certificates, transcripts and other evidence of professional experience or training, including in video\/audio format;<\/li>
    • desired service(s), geographical mobility and other service-related preferences;<\/li>
    • how the Applicant learned about the website;<\/li>
    • previous partners, start and end dates (if the relationship ended), type of service;<\/li>
    • names and contact details of any persons who referred the Applicant, where applicable;<\/li>
    • names and contact details of referees (it being your sole responsibility to obtain their consent before sharing their personal data);<\/li>
    • any other personal data provided during the application or interview process with Farm-good, including information on the assessment of your skills, training or professional experience.<\/li><\/ul>

      Farm-good may also receive these types of data from other sources:<\/p>

      • background check data, possibly including an extract from the criminal record, where permitted by law;<\/li>
      • information from public sources, social networks and former employers and\/or training organisations;<\/li>
      • information provided by the Applicant’s referees.<\/li><\/ul>

        In addition, where permitted by law, we may also derive some of this information for former Partners in order to improve our partnership terms. This information is collected on a voluntary basis only and, where required by law, subject to your express consent. If you decline to provide this information, it will have no effect on your application. If you choose to provide this information, you consent to its use as part of an equal opportunities monitoring process.
